21 Business Administration student looking for an accommodation in Rotterdam

Hi! My name is Allende, I'm 20 for 21 and I'm studying Business Administration at University of Deusto, San Sebastian. I'm going for an exchange program to Rotterdam from 28th August to February with another mate and we are looking for an accommodation where to spend this period of time (if it's possible two bedrooms, one for each person)

We are tidy people, sociable and respectful and we don´t smoke.

Moreover, we are going to Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and we would like not to be so far from it (max. 20 minutes, more or less, by bike).
