19 year old male, looking for accommodation in Rotterdam

Hello,
I am desperately looking for some accommodation in Rotterdam. I prefer a studio but a shared apartment is perfect too. It should not be too far away from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (the one next to Erasmus University), so preferably in Kralingen or somewhere in the city center.
My budget is around 650.
To say about myself, I am starting my studies at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences at the end of August. Usually I am an outgoing person and like to meet new people. I like to party, sports, gaming, basically everything. I am fine with male and female roomates.
I am not that type of guy who needs a very silent house to focus on his studies 10 hours a day.
