I like to do lists so here is a list of the pro's of having me as a roommate:

1. I am clean(-ish)
2. I am dreadfully good looking (might even be a con)

But joking aside I really need a cheap living arrangement and willing to bend over backwards to find something. I also like living with other people and meeting new people, new ethnicities and new ideologies.
