The Swiss School of Management is announcing an opening in their Student Affairs Department. Please find a short Job description of the job position below.

Position Title: Student Affairs Officer

Job type: Internship/Stage

Duration: 6 months

Position Description:

  • Student affairs/services: Determines and interprets student services needs on an individual basis, and initiates referrals to appropriate student and/or academic services; advises students on policy issues, acts as student advocate, and resolves problems as necessary.

  • Content management

  • Back office: processing projects, managing databases, performing market research, handling accounting and finance tasks

  • Collects and analyzes statistical data, and develops reports, reporting systems, instruments, mechanisms, and standards designed to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services.

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in office jobs

  • English language mother tongue

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse community

  •  Ability to problem solve

  • Skill in planning and organizing resources and priorities

  • Flexibility in work schedule
