english or american student for conversation with my children

I have three children of 5, 7 and 9 yrs old. We were living in USA for 6 months and I'd like to keep up their english with some friendly and funny conversation sessions. Our house is close to Ponte Milvio, Lungotevere Flaminio, Stadio Olimpico, Pzza Mancini. To get here all the buses stopping at Pzza Mancini are fine; from there a 3 minute walk. I'm looking for someone who is entusiastic of staying with children and sharing with them life experiences of changing country, finding new friends, feeling different and sometimes disoriented and day by day trying to rebuild the new life learning the new culture and the way to relate each others. And more, playing and telling stories, even with drawings and table games. It will be a great opportunity to come into a real italian family daily life, learning italian habits, italian language, earning money in pleasant way. Furthermore, I'm a cardiologist and I can give a great effort and help for students of medicine, working in my house, who need help for studying and passing the exams in our language.
