I rented a brand new 3 bedroom apartment. Unfurnished. But includes everything in kitchen. Own bathroom, bedroom, patio. I am a English teacher but know very little arabic. Would be good to help both learn. Married to Egyptian who is currently in usa working on doctorate, Muslim, quite. I have a cat. No smokers!
Includes utilities.
Looking for 1 to 2 additional people. Not interested in renting another place. On 3rd floor no elevator stairs. Close to coffee shops, waterfall, up and coming very quiet!
