Rivne it is a small city in Ukraine with kind people (but I don't recommend to go to a walk at the night to some place you don't know it is a little bit dangerous) there some restaurant to eat tasty food and try national cuisine. If you want to live in a small town with some feature in it I would recommend Rivne as a place to live and study

The student in Rivne is a special creature who can live for $100 in a month and stay alive.

$150-$200 is enough for food but if you want to go to restaurants to eat the price increase twice

Yes it's kind difficult to a person who speaks English to find accommodation in Rivne but there are a lot of people in Rivne who speak English are willing to help you with that

The nightlife in Rivne is not so exciting but you can visit "Laguna" or "Zov" to spend a good time there
