Male student looking for a cheap room for first month in Rimini 9/2015

I'm from Vietnam and I 'll enroll in School of Economics, Management and Statistics - University of Bologna on 2nd sep, 2015. I'm looking for a  room not too far from the school to settle at least for the first month in Rimini. I'm a 23 year old male student and I live alone. I need internet access and cooking. The most important to me is that the room is cheap and safe. Thank you.
