Looking for a shared apartment in rimini (near University)

I will be coming to Rimini as an Erasmus student in september and I am looking for a shared apartment near the University. I will be staying for 6 months from september 2015 untill the second week of march 2016. I am a very friendly and organized person. I speak 5 languages, spanish, english, german, dutch and catalan (willing to learn Italian). I would prefer to have a single room. The maximum price I am willing to play is 400€ a month.
