21 year old man with a friend looking for an accommodation in Rimini

I am a 22 year old Lebanese student, traveling with a friend to Rimini in order to finish our master studies. We are looking for a small apartment with 1 or 2 bedrooms or 2 close studios. We highly prefer to find a place close to Rimini campus (or max 30min in metro). We are planning to stay for 10-12 months. Our maximum budget is 800 Euros for the appartment or 400 per studio
