I am Philipp from Germany and I will study in Riga Technical University at the Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management this winter semester. I am searching for some cool people that would like to join me in a flat. I kind of already decided to go to a 4 room flat about 30 minutes by foot from RTU away. Every room is a single bed room.
