Civil Engineer Erasmus Practice from Canary Islands looking for accommodation in Riga

I`m going to Riga to make my practice period as Civil Engineer, i have obtained a place in a company in the center of Riga and i`m looking for a accommodation for me, small, with furniture, washing machine, internet and heating, preferably new or refurbished, near the center or with good connection to plublic transport to the center.
