19 year old Turkish student, looking for accomodation in Riga

I actually wanted to stay in a dorm so that i can communicate with other people easily and improve myself fastly. But i found out that my school in Riga does not have dorm. So i am looking for foreigners or maybe turkish students to rent a house for spring semester. I really dont want to stay in an expensive place.
