Room in a house share needed in Reykjavik from early-mid October

Hi Everyone,

My name is Jerome and my company is currently helping Thomas a young French professional to find accommodation in Reykjavik for his Erasmus work placement in Iceland. Thomas will arrive in Reykjavik early October and will start a 6-month work placement as a baker in the centre of town, near the harbour mid-October. If things go well he will have the opportunity to extend his placement to up to 12 months, so he might end up staying and needing accommodation for longer.

Thomas is French, he is 22 years old and he is passionate about his job as a baker. He is a respectful young man, quiet, tidy and used to look after his own place. In his free time, Thomas likes to work out at the gym, socialise and watch movies at home.

During his Erasmus placement Thomas will receive above 2000€ per month in Erasmus grant and other subsidies from France. So he will definitely be able to afford a rent of up to 800/900€ per month.
