24-yo Environmental engineer student looks for accomodation in Reykjavik

I'm looking for a private room in a shared apartment close to Haskoli University. I'll be there from August (still don't have a precise date) until around 23 December 2018.
I don't mind a little mess, provided that everything is cleaned, particularly the bathroom.I have no problem helping in the cleaning up, of course.
I am allergic to cat fur and I can't stand smoke.
