21 year old girl looking for accomodation in Reyjkjavik

Hi everyone !
I'm a french geology (volcanology) student looking for an accomodation near the University of Iceland (Haskoli Islands), during my MSc degree (2 years) ! If the location is in the suburb, some buses are needed to go to the University.
I have to be early August in Iceland, and I would like to rent during two years approximately : from august 2018 to July 2020. It would be perfect for me.
I can live alone or with roomates, I'm a no-smoker, and I love animals. I'm an open-minded person, and I would love to meet new people as soon as I can when I'll come to Iceland ! I'm interested in arts, trekking, horse riding, reading and many other things ! I speak french, polish, english, and I'm learning german.
I'm looking forward to meet some of you if needed ! :) I hope some of you may help me !
