Student from britain looking for accomodation in Rennes ESC

Am looking for accomodation for the whole term year near Rennes Business school. Is their any cheap reliable and affordable prices near the University with bills inclusive. I dont mind a shared apartment/flat with people However I would prefer shared kitche only with there are boys around. Am looking to stay there untill end of may.
