Looking for accommodation in Rennes (2013-2014)

Hi,
I will be a Msc student of ESC Rennes School of Business for the year 2013 September.I would prefer to live in a University dorms, private appartment or at least to have my own room and to share the bathroom and other facilities with some other students.
