Future Masters student looking for accommodation in Rennes

I am going to start Masters in International Marketing at ESC Rennes in the first week of September, and am looking for a room. I am from Delhi, India and am 25 years old. I'm friendly, neat and tidy (but not obsessively so) and laid back. I love cooking, travelling, driving, shopping and just hanging out.
I am looking for accommodation near the university or on a bus route to the university, with basic amenities and internet, to share with a female roommate (preferably English speaking).
