A flat or a room in a shared flat near ESC

Hi,

I am a 22 year old Female. I will be starting my postgraduate studies in International Marketing at ESC this September. I am looking for a flat and a flatmate to share it with, pereferebly a female. I am neat and clean, love cooking, not a party animal, but I don't like partying every now and then I am social and outgoing. I have always shared accommodation with other students in different countries. I am fluent in English and Arabic and I understand, but don't speak, basic french. I respect other's privacy and I expect the same in return. 

For the flat, I would like a nice modern furnished flat, with a nice kitchen, king sized or big real bed with a closet in an average somewhat spacious room. I do not care how many flatmates there will be in the apartment as long as I have my own room. I am willing to pay anything between 300-4,50 euros.
