24 years old boy looking for accomodation in Rennes

Hello everybody!
My name's Valerio, and I'm an Italian master student who's going to study at ESC Rennes for the whole academic year from sept. 2014.
I'm hoping to find a cheap and functional accomodation for my stay of 9/10 months in the city of Rennes. I'm a normal guy, with a friendly and flexible personality :)
I don't have specific needs as I consider myself pretty versatile. All I'd love to have is a nearby park (for some jogging), a desk for some study, and a group of flatmates who are possibly willing to help me improve my (terrible) French language skills.
I can fluently speak Spanish and English. I also got a b2 level in French, although it sounds a bit....broken? :D. I also know some portuguese. Hopefully, I think we can find a way to communicate without too many problems!
