24 year old boy looking for accommodation in Rennes

LOOKING FOR ACCOMMODATION 

We are a group of 4 students (2 boys & 2 girls) coming from the Czech Republic to spend one semester in Rennes , starting in September 2023 and ending in December 2023.

The closer the accommodation is to the Faculté des sciences économiques (Université de Rennes 1) the better.

Our estimated rental budget, including utilities, is around 500 € per person. This makes a total of 2.000 € for the whole property. However, cheaper offers will be preferred. 

We prefer everyone to have their own bedroom (4 bedrooms for 4 people). Still, we are willing to accept 2 spacious bedrooms (1 bedroom for boys and 1 bedroom for girls.) 

We are responsible students who understand the importance of maintaining a clean and respectful living environment. Additionally, we are non-smokers and have no pets, which ensures the preservation of your property's cleanliness and integrity. 

We assure you that we will adhere strictly to the terms and conditions of the lease agreement, and timely rent payments are our priority. We are willing to follow any house rules or regulations you may have to ensure that our stay is enjoyable for everyone involved.
