I study law, so I will be having my courses in the University of Rennes I. With that in mind, I'm looking for a room close to the University of Rennes 1 (Rue de Thambor). I'd like to have a spacious room. Seperate kitchen and bathroom is not nescessary, but welcome. I'm looking for a fairly quiet neighbourhood, although I'm used to some noise in my building.
