20 years old girl looking for accommodation in the center of Rennes

Hi everyone! In August I'm leaving Venice where I study economics and management to join my Erasmus program in Rennes! I'm looking for a room in a shared apartment in the center, near the university of Rennes 1 where I'm going to study. 

I'd like to find some mates who love sharing their home with friends, studying together and organizing dinners and meetings  :)  of course respecting time to study especially during the exam session! ;)

I don't mind if you are guys or girls, smokers or not, and whatever. I just hope to find clean and friendly people :)
