20 year old student girl looking for accommodation in Rennes for the 2016 fall semestre.

Im looking for an accomodation near the city center. I do not need a lor of space. I need just the basic : bedroom, kitchen, bathroom ,wifi and laundry. I doesn't have to be a big place if I saty alone and if I have roomates i rather have female roomies but if if there are guys there is no problem. I rather haver roomates that are currently studying at any of the universities in the city I will be staying.
I would be ideal no to have many roomates, maximum two.
