20 year old and my mother, looking for accomodation near rennes school of business

I love reading, sports and drawing. I am looking for a space that will inspire me and will help focus on the things I want to do and study.

I like the outdoors so if there is a blacony that is a plus, and so does my mum. Sometimes I like to write and mostly all of my actitivities require some kind of good vibes to make it happen. 

I dont necessarily need scilence, I dont mind a little bit of noise but not too much. Also, neighbours are of very importance to me, I want good and friendly neighbours.

It would be an add on as well if the apartment was positioned in a place close to groceries, Rennes School of Business and city centre.

it is important that the space is enough for my mother and I so we can both have our privacy. I just want a place to call home since I will be staying there till May 10th. My mother will be with me for a good amount of the trip but not all of it.
