Traveler looking to share Permanent Home

Hi I'm looking for rental space that I can come sleep in a few days a year. I plan to travel outside UAE for all but 2-4 days a year.
I would need a long term agreement giving me this access. Expiry, cancellation or renewal deadlines of the agreement should be predictable. Essentially, I want to share the cost of having a permanent home in the UAE.
