What is it like to live in Rajkot? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

It is alright for a visit however living there will definitely be a challenge. I would recommend it only for a visit, the city is good and fun to spend time in however after a few days it can get tiring

What is the student lifestyle like in Rajkot?

It is limited as Gujarat is a dry state

How much does it cost to live in Rajkot?

It is on the cheaper side

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Rajkot? Is there any advice you can give?

I do not have much experience regarding this matter however I have seen many new building being constructed

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Typical Gujararti vegetarian food focused on pulses

What places would you recommend visiting in Rajkot?

Race course, restaurants, cricket stadium, cinema, etc...

Is it good to eat out in Rajkot? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes that is a lot of fun. Paan shops, Milan Masala Soda, Gujarati thali places, Dominoes pizza are great restaurants

Is the nightlife good in Rajkot? Where is good to go?

Nightlife mainly consists of going out for ice cream. Alcohol is not available here as Gujarat is a dry state

What advice would you give future students heading to Rajkot?

Speak to students who have studied there and you will get a better opinion.
