IB Art teacher looking for accommodation

I am an Ecuadorian Artist and Art Teacher. I work in an international High School and I‘m looking for a suit or a share flat with a responsible and clean roommate. I just moved back to Ecuador couple of months ago. I’ve lived in Switzerland and the US (Chicago), 4 years each. I speak Spanish, Englis, German and little French.
I love to paint, play beach volleyball, hike and travel.
I prefer roommates who are non smokers and have no pets (unless there's space for them)
