Privilege Partners is an independent advisory firm specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions and consists of a network of select investment and industry specialists. Our specialty lies in unlocking international growth opportunities, in both mature and emerging markets for our select clients. We advise our clients on Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Capital Raising and Business Value Advisory Projects.

We currently need a research analyst to assist us on one of our client projects for the following research task:

• Industry screening in several European countries in order to identify suitable target companies meeting certain acquisition criteria of our client
• Prepare comprehensive company profiles of the selected targets
• Assess each target for fit with acquisition criteria

- Place of work - from home  

- Duration of the project – 1 month

- Start of the project – flexible, as soon as possible

Requirements

-   Strong internet search skills (finding companies in Europe based on criteria)

-   Strong interest in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions)

-   Must apply structured and systematic work approach

-   Must systematically ask for feedback

-   Must be familiar with using the internet, databases and software products such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

-   Must possess his/her own laptop and have the ability to work independent

-   Must possess language skills in English and some more European languages such as German or French

Education/Experience:

-   Must be a student at a recognized university preferably with a focus on economics

-   Preferably possesses previous work experience as research analyst in a corporate finance boutiques, investment bank or a university institute
