The perfect candidate will have:
- English proficiency – writing, speaking and listening;
- Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication skills and effective listening skills;
- Familiarity with CRM systems;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. A proper phone etiquette is required;
- Proactive personality, our ideal candidates are analytical thinkers and problem-solvers.
- Availability for 2 shifts schedule
- Must have EU passport or Permanent Residency for the Czech Republic
In this role you will:
- Handle and solve customer complaints by phone, email and chat;
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right tools;
- Respond in a prompt manner to customer inquiries;
- Provide appropriate solutions, alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution;
- Handle various tasks in CRM system;
- Prepare weekly reports according to business needs;
