Job Description

Create, maintain and administer database in Excel

Ensure the data input is correctly completed

Contact relevant companies and departments for the information or additional documentation    when required

Participation in online meetings, process analysis and improvement actions

Candidate Profile

Active level of English language is required

Experience in database creation and management is an advantage

Advanced level of MS Excel and product database management

Excellent communication skills

Self-driven and self motivated, punctual with attention to details

Ability to take initiative and manage workload independantly and proactivaly

Comfortable in working in ambiguous working enviroment
