Our hiring process will be:

• Application through platform as ATS: Applicants interested with the job are required to apply directly with the company’s platform.
• Online skill assessment: You will be given a coding exercise to test the technical skill in a limited time.
• Interviews: There will be two interviews; initial interview with the recruitment team and final interview with the Technical Manager.

As a user experience designer at We!Technology you'll be working collaboratively with other product design team members, product management, and engineering leadership to create clever and innovative designs for new and existing products based on user needs, product requirements, and business objectives.

Your responsibilities:

• Development and ongoing maintenance of our other web assets such as our status and incident management site.
• Work closely with software testers to ensure that the risk of new development is appropriately mitigated with the testing pipeline
• Build, test, deploy, and monitor software using various Microsoft Technologies
• Define, review, and collaborate on technical architecture of solutions
• Development and ongoing maintenance of our other web assets such as our status and incident management site.
• Diagnosing and fixing bugs in our website services.
• Contribute forward-thinking innovation and ideas to projects that introduce new technology and processes to increase business value and improve end-user experience
• Contribute to product UX design

Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Experience using testing frameworks and adoption of test driven development where applicable.
• Experience building ASP.Net MVC web applications
• Good knowledge of Javascript Frameworks (jQuery as a must)
• Orientation to Frontend programming (Javascript, HTML)
• Being obsessed with pixel perfect solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Fixed monthly salary plus a variable monthly remuneration based on performance
