My place is ideal for International Students and Interns A room in an apartment located just 10-15 minutes from  the center of town. It’s situated in central  It’s in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with 4 nature reserve parks in the vicinity ideal for long walks and running. Transportation is easily accessible as there are many bus routes that pass often to Slussen and the bus stop is 3-5 minutes from my place. There is a big grocery (ICA Maxi) 5 minutes away and a large shopping mall (Nacka Forum) 7 minutes away. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fresh. All the appliances are new as well which are all included in the rent. WiFi, electricity and water go with the rent too. RENT: 5,000 SEK with one-month deposit (which will be reimbursed at the end of the rental period). Contract will be signed by both parties. I live now in Stockholm, Sweden so aside from living in my home countries, I also lived in Hongkong, France and South Africa. My bachelor’s degree is Journalism. I’m also trained as Soprano and did concerts. I was a member of a professional theatre company back home in my younger days. I did a little bit of dancing as well. I have three daughters who have now flown from the nest and all have their own places. I have an empty room which used to be my youngest daughter’s so now I decided to rent it out and have some company too.
