*Looking for awesome flatmates in Prague*

*AWESOME FLATMATE WANTED*

Hello, lovely Erasmus students!

My name is Marnix and since I'm moving to Prague for a semester I'm looking for super duper awesome flatmates to have an amazing time with and to bond with like we are brothers. I'm from the lovely city called Amsterdam and study communication sciences. When I'm not typing overly long essays I like to play music on my colorful guitar, read books at late night, cuddle with my big furry dog, watch any movies by Danny Boyle, take planes to far exoctic locations or hitchhike my way across europe. Also festivals, people with a good heart, camping with bonfires, sunsets and parties that last two days.

If we are gonna live together prepare to be invited for many fun activities like camping trips, hitchhiking trips, parties, chilling with my groovy friends, exploring Prague, jam sessions and good long nights sharing travelling stories on the balcony.

I'm a very easy dude to live and chill with and only have some small little things that are very important for me.

1. Friends and family are always welcome to come over and stay for as long as they want. Mi casa est su casa.

2. I will be hosting an amazing social start-up that requires six people to come over once a week. These people will be chilling in my room and will be participating in this (http://deepdinnerdive.weebly.com/) project under my supervision. It's something really exciting and I'm really looking forward to 
getting it up after huge succeses in A'dam and Capetown. Go check out the website!

3. I would really like to have a dishwasher and a balcony in the flat.

4. I don't eat meat. No worries if you do but be respectful about it.

5. Place needs to stay decently clean. Not like an Ikea catalogus but just so I can walk to the kitchen and bathroom in a straight line.

I got some flats available that will either fit three or four people. The flat will probably be in the awesome bohemian area called Prague 3 (I did my research. ;)) which is just within crawling reach of the busy city center and close to many parks to play frisbee in. Other areas are possible as well of course. Price of the flat will be between 300 and 375 per person. Moving into the flat would probably be 1th of september but no worries if you move into the flat a little bit later.
