Looking for a flat to stay & flatmates

Hey there people. I'll be studying at MUP from September to February therefore I will need a place to stay in Prague 9/10 or any place thats close to the tram. I'm okay with sharing a 1+1 with another person or 3+1 with 4 people or 2+1 with 3 people. As you can see I'm okay with anything as long as everyone has their own room. If you have a big room that has two beds and you are willing to lower your rent, then I might be suitable for that too (as long as the utilities are included in the rent and it is not an astronomic price). I am a smoker & drinker(not like an AA) and I'm really good at relationships with flatmates as I have been sharing my flat with others for 2 years now.
