I'm a Spanish guy, about to start a PhD in Prague, I need somewhere to live in January and February. I'm very responsible, and kind. I don't have pets, but I love animals so I won't have a problem if you have them. Also, I don't smoke but I don't care if you do.
I highly prefer the area of Prague 4, but won't have problem living in Prague 1,2 or any other.
