25 yo French guy looking for accomodation in Prague

Hey guys,
I am moving to Prague in August to start a new job. I've actually just finished my studies.
I am easy going and speak french english and spanish fluently.
I'm looking for a room or an appartment around Prague 3.
I'd be ok with a young/student/party atmosphere, but not in an Erasmus kind of way when you're in Week end the Tuesday night. I'll have 40h/week of work so I cannot afford to party 5 times a week.
