20 year old guy, looking for a simple room in Prague

I am in Prague right now (staying in a hostel) and can come by to look at apartments no problem. I'm equipped to move in as soon as possible.
Quick introduction: I'm Sebastiaan, I'm 20, I'm from the Netherlands, I major in Linguistics and will be studying at the Univerzita Karlova for the coming winter semester, so until February. I'm learning Czech as fast as I can, but I'm still pretty basic now. I would say I'm a pretty calm guy, I don't smoke and I don't drink much. I like doing sports - inline speedskating, running, swimming - and am a pretty decent piano player (I used to get lessons for 10 years, the only reason I don't play anymore is because I don't own a piano).
