20 year old boy looking for accomodation in Prague

I'm really social and easy-going guy and I'm looking for accomodation in Prague. I'd prefer sth lose to my university ( Metropolitan University of Prague) and also something cheap. My budget is not as high as expected so any discounts or offers are more than welcome.
I have no issues in sharing a flat with other students and additionally I'd probably prefer that. To share a flat with a Czech friend so he can tell me more about the city and guide me around and help me in finding more easily whatever needed.
