20 year old boy, looking for accommodation in Prague

I am a 20 year old boy from pakistan here to study in Prague. I was admitted to the Czech technical university so any accommodation close to it or a transit line would be appreciated. I would prefer an apartment that is 1 bedroom and affordable. A furnished apartment would be best. It will also be appreciated if utilities are included in the rent max of 8000 as higher than that is too expensive because of the exchange rate of rupees and crowns.
