English native assistant teacher

Mi Pequeña Granja Nursey School requires an English assistant teacher to work with children aged 2-3 years in Pozuelo (west of Madrid). This is a part time post of 20 hours per week (from 9,00-13,00h). The successful applicant will work with a Spanish teacher together and she will need to have experience of working with toddlers

The functions of the two teachers in the classroom are: working responsibly, ensuring the health and safety of children is maintained during all activities, motivating and stimulating the children's learning abilities, using play activities (a good balance of individual, group and whole-class teaching), interacting with and supporting children, helping children explore their interests and develop their talents; caring with kindness and love for children, meeting their grooming and hygiene needs, implementing a program of activities specially designed for toddlers (games and tasks that foster children’s physical, emotional, mental, and social  growth).

Be EU nationals or have a valid Spanish permit is required.
