22 year old man who was recently accepted in Poznan University of Medical Sciences

To whom it may concern, 

I am a student recently accepted at Poznan University of Medical Sciences. I would like to rent an apartment next to the university or a maximum walking distance of 10 minutes. Moreover, I am looking for an apartment that has 2 bedrooms (or one) a kitchenette and of course a private bathroom. Finally, I have no problem to start paying during summer time in order to secure a spot!

Wanted space 32-36 m^2
