Trustworthy traveler needs a good spot

Traveller and beginning surfer looking for a home base for one month. Thanks for sending me good ideas and leads. I need a quiet spot with good internet, close to surf schools, sweet breaks, cheap eats and good coffee. I can do some simple maintewnance and won't be calling you all the time to change light bulbs or easy things like that. I will take good care of the property. I can live simply but I won't put up with vermin or insects crawling out of the walls, weird smells or broken plumbing. If you have a nice place and want a relaible renter for a month, let's talk!
