Searching for an apartment in Porto for two students

Hi everyone!
My friend and I are students from Lithuania and we're going to study in Porto. We want to rent a room or apartment from October to February. It would be perfect if the apartment is in the city centre or between FCUP or ESAD. Overnight guests should be allowed. Our budget is up to 500-600 Euros (bills included). Any suggestions?
