Master's student at FEUP looking for a private room in a shared apartment

Some info about me: I'm a very nice person and easy to talk to. I graduated in Statistics in Brazil ten years ago (wow, time flies), had a business for some years, closed it and now I'm here at Porto doing a Master's in Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship at FEUP and FEP. I love music and I play the guitar sometimes. I don't smoke, but I don't mind if other people do.
What I am looking for: I already live in Porto, but I'll have to move to another house in July. I would like a private room with double bed in a shared apartment. It would be nice if it has a full kitchen, a washing machine and some nice people to talk and hang out with :)
