Looking for nice studio near I3S Porto

Hey all,
I am post-graduate student looking for long-term lease to proceed on my degree project in Porto, prefferably near the faculty of I3S. Looking for tidy place with private bathroom, heating, kitchen (including fridge and prefferably a microwave) and wifi. I don't smoke, or have pet, or roomates or guests, the place basically will be my private residence after long day in lab. If interested, please contact me with pics of the residence with the monthly fee (incl bills). Regarding the date for move-in, could be from end of Dec 2019 till the first week of Jan 2020.
