Looking for accomodation in Porto (July - October)

We are a Spanish boy and girl searching an accomodation in Porto during three months in Summer, 2017, from half of July to half of October. We're a biologist and a biotechnologist who are going to do our traineeship in CIIMAR, so we're looking for an accomodation with two separated, available rooms (we don't mind having flatmates), in a centric place near a metro station.
