Erasmus students looking for a room to rent

I am looking for an apartment with no more than 2-3 rooms, preferably a studio. 

I am going to share the room with my boyfriend, so preferably it would be best a double room with a private bathroom. 

It should have some sort of heating system, as I am going to spend the winter semester there and I don't want us to catch a bad flu :).

Also, the landlady/landlord should be friendly and the roommates also, if there is going to be an apartment. Also, we prefer quiet nights, so it should be located in a neighbourhood with the noise reduced to a minimum. 

I am PhD student and my boyfriend will work remotely, so we do need a good internet connection.
