3 guys, 22th y.o., looking for rooms in Porto in a flat of 3 or 4 separate rooms, near Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry

We are three quiet students from University of Genoa, Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering. We are looking for a flat with rooms that we can rent separately. The flat is better with 3 or 4 rooms. The kitchen and the bathroom in good conditions. If there is a washing machine is better. The global cost must be within 500 euros. The location must be convenient for going daily to the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, also for the centre, in terms of nearness or next to a metro stop.
